Telephone Interviewing
RMA Research regularly operates 128
Ci3 WinCATI equipped interviewing stations. We have the ability to accommodate higher
volume projects by bringing an additional 400 telecommunication stations online as needed.
800 Inbound Phone Capabilities
Our full service 800 inbound phone center permits clients to collect
instant feedback from their customers, clients and prospects, while the project is in
progress. In addition, our regular phone center can use an 800-call back methodology to
complete interviews at respondents convenience.
Focus Groups
RMA offers complete focus group services including: study design,
recruitment, moderating, audio & video taping, reporting, and analysis by experienced
professionals.
Database Management
RMA handles all inputting, coding, processing and tabulation
of data through our in-house database management services. This gives us the ability to
respond quickly and cost-effectively to your next project
Online Research
Using the latest web-based research platforms, RMA Research offers full
service online survey and online focus group capabilities.

Mail based research using in-house direct mail center data entry, and
